Who can be a mentee?

Women undergraduate, master's, or doctoral students enrolled in the Department of Informatics Engineering, as well as early-career female professors or researchers. Mentees should be interested in enhancing key skills relevant to academic and career development and should be committed and motivated to participate in mentoring sessions and other activities.

What does a mentee need to do?

Attend both individual and group mentoring sessions and ensure prompt initiation of contact with mentor. If unable to attend a session or regular contact, the mentee must communicate this to the mentor beforehand. Mentees should also be receptive to guidance, actively set and pursue the established goals, and uphold confidentiality throughout the entire program.
